At Rock Boxing Gym, our team slogan is "Check Your Ego at the Door," and we do just that in turning your training goals into reality. Whether you're a novice fighter looking to get in shape or a professional boxer wanting to hone your craft, we can help you achieve your fitness goals.

FITNESS TRAINING

Our qualified staff, including certified USA Boxing coaches James Jimenez and Danny Corona, offers personalized one-on-one fitness training and boxing lessons. Popular workouts feature explosive plyometric exercises and metabolic training to shed pounds, improve endurance, and build a leaner, healthier body. The training plans also enhance agility and increase reaction time, making them beneficial for boxers as well as mixed martial artists.

FAMILY FITNESS

While geared towards boxing, the Rock Boxing Gym can adjust to accommodate all aspects of family fitness. We provide a safe, friendly environment complete with a wide assortment of cardio and strength training workouts for men, women, and children. The first class is always free, giving us the chance to assess your skills and providing you the opportunity to experience the Rock Boxing difference before committing to any membership plans.

PROFESSIONAL BOXING

The Rock Boxing Gym, located at 285 East Alisal Street in Salinas, California, contains a regulation boxing ring, speed bags, heavy bags, uppercut bags, jump stands, mobile tire workout stations, medicine balls, jump ropes, conditioning stations, core stations, free weights, and everything else needed to guarantee effective training. We're open Monday through Friday from 4PM to 9PM, with all other hours available by appointment only. A one-year gym contract requires either a $149 enrollment fee and $99 per month or a one-time $999 prepaid fee. Month-to-month contracts may be available upon request.

We're also proud of our connection to professional boxing and welcome all professional fighters into the Rock Boxing Gym family. Professionals can join for $90 a month, while the fighter's trainer pays $50 a month and each additional assistant costs $15 a month. Professional fighters without trainers may sign one-year contracts with the gym and then benefit from working with one of the professional boxing trainers on staff. Our gym also sells boxing gloves, hand wraps, gym shorts, and all other necessary equipment to train like a champion.
